Excellent app

I use my iPhone 6 with Wind, Ill never switch back to one of the large carriers! Please make the app load quicker... Other then that the app is fantastic!!

Its good but really slow

This app is well updated, more updated than the Fido app which I like, but the only thing is that this app is really slow, can you fix this as soon as possible. I use this app everyday just to check my usage and paying my bills.

This app the best I use it with iPhone 6 and iPhone 6plus amazing you can change add on with out calling in waiting on phone for long time and transfer u to other reps and change plans best ever its a little slow but who cares

Worst company ever

I have been a wind customer for over 4 years but now their service is 0. Worst customer service ever and signalling issues everywhere in Toronto. Beware of them!

Needs ability to top-up your account through your bank account. Also it is very slow. Please fix

App is missing a lot of features

This app doesnt even give all the essential information needed. I am the Account holder and have three lines on the account, why do I have to log into each lines account individually to see the usages? That makes absolutely no sense. What is also annoying is that I cant actually view the bills, if I want a pdf I have to log onto the actual site instead. More so, I still cant for the life of me find the exact date my tab ends on the account, it just says the month. Everything else is ok, but seriously, how do you mess this up?

Make a new app

This is not an app its a dumbed down mobile browser interface. Has everything you need but is slow and needs to be streamlined into actual functioning app. You are better off just bookmarking wind and using through your browser.

Great app

This is a great app. It tells you your usage and lets you make changes to your bill. The one problem with this app is that you have to wait 24 hours to see accurate usage.

Needs Improvement

Im using an iPhone 6 with fast internet connection yet the App starts up extremely slow.

Fix iMessage

Customer service is terrible if you are selling iPhones now make it work properly on your next work. Again customer service is terrible two weeks to fix a problem and you wonder why people have no faith in wind minus 5 stars all around

Great looking.

I like what Wind is bringing to Canadian cellular: actual competition. Which is why its so frustrating to have something else great (this app) and yet have it constantly malfunction. 1. The top-up amount/account balance initially shown is wildly inconsistent. 2. Data usage meter doesnt update for a week+, if at all. Id say its a solid effort, but really, Wind has had time to get the bugs worked out. Having something which doesnt work properly is worse than having nothing at all.
