App not the issue

Do better coverage and service , my cell doesnt have data and voice cut most of the time , you still using 3G , so slow data , come on wind its too late

Fail

App crashed 5 times before I was able to pay a bill. After paying a bill, app error which directed me to check my bank account to confirm payment. What a waste of time. Your app is as bad as your 3G speeds.

App need to be optimized for newer devices

This app does what it needs to do but it looks ugly on newer devices as it isnt optimized for them.

Its a mobile site wrapper

Its not great but it does everything the website does.

Missing Features

Took two stars away because you are missing 2 features on the iPhone devices: 1. Touch ID 2. Newer devices such as iPhone 6S/6SPlus (3D Touch) Please implement these features! You never updated your app ever since. And it would be nice for a nice layout and redesigned of the app. :)

Terrible

The fact that the latest version removed the customer service contact number is quite simply appalling. Does Wind understand that even despite the fact that many of their agents can barely speak coherent English, some of their customers would, regardless, find it helpful to speak to an employee from time to time?

Works pretty well

Gets better with every update.

Gone Vertical

App works great, but why has it gone vertical all of a sudden...WHY? I now use Safari or Google to login...just to avoid the nuisance!!

Its all right

Does what I need it to do, top up. However, it is painfully slow. It takes me roughly 10 minutes just to top up one phone number. And why doesnt the app save credit card information? Very annoying having to enter it every time I use the app.

IF YOU ARE TRYING TO USE THIS APP TO MANAGE YOUR DATA, FORGET IT. YOU WILL END UP PAYING THROUGH THE NOSE AS THIS APP WILL TELL YOU THAT YOU HAVE USED ABOUT HALF OF YOUR LIMIT WHEN THEY START TAKING MONEY FROM YOUR WALLET OR CREDIT CARD.

Need a few additions

Need to have a section that shows credit balance Also need to provide a section where it shows the breakdown of the bill (.pdf) like it has when accessing account through a browser

Only okay

Just make the Telus app. Its perfect while this one is not. Default when open should be data usage not balance. Takes too long to load and switch pages even in WiFi. Data status never works. Should allow breakdown of bill. I still need to go on Comp to see my bill.
