rip off

Do not use this app to top up your account. it will "time out" and say your payment didnt go through and you must resubmit. after you resubmit you discover your first payment DID go through and when you ask for it to be refunded since it is an app glitch they wont refund you. theyll hold onto your money for your "next" payment. so much for "pay as you go".

App need to be optimized for newer devices

This app does what it needs to do but it looks ugly on newer devices as it isnt optimized for them.

Was ok before... Not now

I think this app now uses the Wind cellular data network to verify your identity and therefore doesnt use WiFi at all. Making it slow as hell to do anything. Took over a minute for my payment card info to go through. Almost closed the app thinking it had frozen.

Works fine

Have no clue what people are complaining about, this app works perfectly fine. I have used it while on my WIND network and on my other cells Fido network. Topped up my account without an issue.

No real value add

I dont see much value add unless I am on a limited plan which I am not since the reason I went to wind was for an unlimited plan in the first place. It needs a way of easily reporting while offline where there are places with problematic coverage. Also if developing in angularjs use ngcloak so we dont see the moustache placeholders.

A clean, simple, and accurate app that gives you the information you need quickly. Interesting how the big unholy trio with all their resources arent able to achieve something as elegant as this.

Frustrated

The app wont open on my phone! It worked the day I got it but when I tried to open it after that it refuses to open!

Great but needs improving

Its just the web page but in an app. It could be improved far more. It lacks features that I would like. Eg access to find a store without leaving the app or paying off all/a portion of my tab, etc.

Cant download the Bill

I will give 5 stars when I would be able to download the full bill.

Wind app

Its a good app , its about the released it but they still have to fix the problem with iMessage/FaceTime phone # activation

Cant login....

I get an email that I have to use the app to turn off my roaming now (which is weird enough...), then I login...The circle just keeps spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning and spinning.....and spinning and spinning and spinning aaaand spinning... Get it? Thats half as annoying to read as seeing it.

It is basically a website in a wrapper. Please consider writing a proper native app. A better "AWAY" usage monitoring tool would be much appreciate. Alongside iPhone 6 resolution support of course.

Good app

It does the job! You get all the information you need in one place. Bills, usage, etc... However would like to see a security to lock the app to protect it without having to log out if someone gets there hands on my phone they have access to all my info. Please ad a locking system.

Does the job

It gets the job done. Not overly complicated or fancy. Im glad that I dont have to log in every time I use the app, happy it remembers my credentials. If you do consider having it require a log-in every time the app is opened, please enable touch-id so we can log in quickly that way.
